Description
The Interdependence Integration Map was created to support people in integrating Interdependence in ways that are healthy, sustainable, and trauma-informed.
Like many, I became aware of unconscious or unhelpful patterns in the ways we relate – both in intimate relationships and in connections with family, friends, community, and even with ourselves. This awareness revealed the subtle impact of Codependence and rigid Independence, and at times, I felt challenged and isolated.
What I needed, and continue to value, is guidance and support in integrating healthy relational patterns, as well as connection with others who are working toward mastering Interdependence.
This book translates research, lived experience, and wisdom into practical tools you can use to navigate relationships more consciously and compassionately. It includes Attachment Strategies to help you understand relational patterns, respond rather than react, and cultivate secure connections, even in the presence of past trauma.
It also includes a clear distinction between attachment-based behaviour and genuinely abusive behaviour – an essential differentiation that prevents self-blame, confusion, or staying in harmful dynamics under the belief that “it’s just their attachment style”. You’ll learn how to recognise the difference, stay grounded in your truth, and hold boundaries with confidence.
My intention is to support you by giving you tools that help you feel resourced as you experience, discover and integrate – just as I continue to do in my own journey.
When we can observe others’ patterns without being triggered, and recognise love and connection in spaces we may not have noticed before, true transformation occurs.
I’m inspired by the potential for more love, freedom, and resilience within each of us, and collectively – it’s this vision that drives me to share these tools with you.
