This is a 4 week program, inspired by Mother Nature and designed for women to connect to their true Nature.

In this safe closed group container, you’re invited to slow down, to look inwards and feel it all. You are encouraged to find new ways of expressing and regulate your nervous system.

In a space exclusive for women, we support one another in the up-levelling movement of self-love, healing, sovereignty and feminine empowerment by working with focus on somatic awareness.

This is for you if you are feeling the need to revisit different aspects of your life (physical, emotional, spiritual and mental). If you yearn to embody a deeper level of connection and understanding of the Feminine True Nature, with the elements and with your menstrual cycle as a foundation.

As part of this journey, you will receive 12h of interesting elemental discussions, feminine embodiment practices and tools within an intimate group of women.

THE SESSION

In this workshop we’ll be exploring and re-activating desire, libido, chemistry and polarity. Understanding and embodying to access trust, aliveness, expansive pleasure, deep and meaningful intimacy.

And you don’t need to be in a relationship to benefit from this workshop, what we’ll explore will greatly enhance your understanding of Self and will bring benefits to future relationship/s.

In this workshop we’ll explore:
– Embodiment

– Desire

– Chemistry

– Polarity

– Pathways to deep and fulfilling intimacy

– Reclaiming sexual empowerment

– Empowered communication

This is a fully clothed workshop.

People of all genders, sexualities and relationship preferences are welcome.

All of the Somatic processes and exercises are offered as an invitation and opportunity to explore.

Please also bring a pen and paper/journal.

On week 4, there will be a sacred cacao ceremony to close the program in a special setting.

You will find value in this journey with other women if you are committed to yourself and either on early stages or have been connecting with your Femininity for a little while and still feel challenged in those areas:

CAMILA CAERON

As a Holistic Therapist and Medicine Woman, Camila combines her knowledge, experience and intuition, to meet the needs of each individual or group that she works with.

Her gifts to the community is the unique combination of ancient Shamanic, Yogic and Tantric teachings with modern somatic, quantum and expressive therapies – together with her unique native South American flavour.

At the moment, Camila is at the final stages of her Diploma on Feminine Somatic Psychotherapy training with Shakti University. She’s been offering one on one sessions at a very low cost, as part of the international certification process of logging 100h with clients.

Camila is also Keith’s Cacao Practitioner, working with Sacred Cacao as a plant medicine since 2018 – to bring magick and love connection to the ordinary everyday life.

With all this, she seeks to weave new connections and expand consciousness.

KATE ALDERMAN

Kate is a Somatic Sexologist, Certified Sexological Bodyworker, ISTA I & II (International School Temple Arts), Master Your Pleasure and Shamanic Womb Graduate, Landmark Graduate, Author and Workshops Facilitator. She has the training and experience to support you in embodying more pleasure and reclaiming sexual empowerment.

Kate is very passionate about helping people reconnect to the power and pleasure of love and intimacy!

Kate offers sex and relationship coaching, embodied therapy and somatic education to individuals, and couples and enjoys facilitating a range of workshops and events.

Kate has presented at retreats and festivals such as Taste Of Love, One World Tantra, Feast, The Edge and Illuminate.

Kate combines many years of experience in fitness, health, healing, breathwork, bodywork, transformation, plant medicines and the shamanic arts to create a unique transmission that inspires, enlivens and awakens. Kate is an engaging speaker with a natural passion for sharing interesting stories, references and rich personal experiences. She loves bridging the gap between spirituality and science by delivering her understanding and wisdom within a practical context that inspires, motivates, and awakens new perspectives.

Kate brings presence, warmth, openness, heart, authenticity and integrity to her work, and welcomes people of all genders, sexualities and relationship preferences.
